So I guess I can admit to the fact that I was at least amused by this anime. I am not really sure what it is supposed to be though. I mean is it a parody on the manga industry, or is it supposed to be motivational or I am not sure to be honest. What is it that they are trying to say about this series. I guess I can grab a piece of low-hanging fruit first.

So this series is one of those very short episode series. You know where the fill up the beginning with a 30 second song and the ending with a minute long ending sequence and call it good. So at minimum this anime is easy to watch because if you are not as amused by it as I was you will be able to get through it quickly. That is always one of my favorite things about some animes, they are short and that makes my life easier.

This one is pretty easy to watch too. There is not much that is said there is not much that is going on either. You have the girls trying to make their own manga magazine and you get to focus in on the different difficulties that they run into. Heck the anime is kind of funny because of some of the stuff that happens. They make it seem like the editors are enslaved to all of the different artists that they have. So you get anything from missed deadlines to kids submitting manga to the bribes that people bring in to get their mangas approved. That is always funny to watch.

I have to say it was also amusing to watch the girls all try to find any excuse to write off something as a business expense. That was probably the best part, if they could relate anything to the business they would write it off so they could order something super expensive, because they are all poor as shit. Plus you have the whole thing that happens where everyone wants to not work. THat is a pretty big motif that is amusing as well. They find any reason they can to not work and that can be amusing as well.

It is a good look though at how a business is built from the ground up. Of course there is no mention of how they acquired the money to actually start the business, it was just kind of randomly there. They started a business and asked all their friends to join in and have fun with it. SO there were a lot of funny things with some of the amateur mistakes that were made and how they would just scramble all the time. I guess this anime was supposed to inspire people ot start opening their own shops and stuff like that. You know something like that.. maybe I am not sure. You do not see many animes about running businesses these days that is for sure.

So overall this anime was at least amusing. Well I guess the main reason it was amusing was because of how long it was, but that is a different story. I am not sure if I could actually want this anime if it was a full-fledged anime. Maybe the manga is better too.. it feels like there would be more crazy shit that happens in it. Oh well at least that is going to go well. So yeah you should watch this anime I am sure you will find it amusing and at minimum it will take what 40 minutes to get through really you have not excuse to not watch it.
