There is one reason alone to watch this anime. That is to see the obnoxious stuff that is said in the English version. Really that is all there is to this anime. This is one time when the anime cannot stand on its own. However, you have a bunch of crazy anime fans writing the dialog and suddenly the anime is watchable. Hell the voice acting is even decent for a change. Not great, and definitely not the best I have seen. However, it doesn't suck and that is key. The obsurd random one liners are what make this series great though.

Hmm... what are some of the better ones? I think my favorite is "It is not a doll. It is an action figure with action chest bounce" Well that or something along those lines. I know that no Japanese author is that brilliant. Of course Japanese humor is different than American'. Then there was "Let us show you the power of those with balls&Quot; >_< You know damn well that can be taken so many ways it is not even funny. Those are just a couple of my favorites. There are plenty of other ones out there that randomly appear and require a rewind to see if it is true. Granted none of this could have been pulled off without good voice acting.

This was one of the animes that despite its cheap value was nicely acted. I have seen many times when really funny jokes are ruined when the characters voice inflections do not match up properly. So I would say that if more animes were at least at this level more animes would be funny. It is nice to see the acting was good. Maybe not the chosen parts but the acting was good.

My point is that if you are going to watch this anime. You need to watch the English dub. Then again, maybe I am too desensitized to the slap stick humor of Japan.
